CG 20 37

Additional Insured — Owners, Lessees or Contractors — Completed Operations

Edition in catalog: 04 13 · endorsement

What this number is

CG 20 37 extends additional-insured status to owners, lessees, or contractors for completed operations—work you already finished—rather than work still in progress.

What it changes on a policy

It is the form that answers “are they still an additional insured after we demobilize?” Contracts that ask for additional insured covering ongoing and completed operations typically expect both CG 20 10 and CG 20 37, or a blanket pair that covers both.

What it does not do

It does not create additional-insured status for ongoing operations. It does not waive subrogation or add primary-and-noncontributory wording on its own.

Where it shows up

Forms-and-endorsements schedule, often immediately after CG 20 10. Certificates that only list “CG 20 10” may be missing the completed-operations piece the contract asked for.

What to look for

  • Pairing with CG 20 10 (or CG 20 33 / CG 20 38 blankets)
  • The same scheduled entity as the ongoing-operations endorsement
  • Products-completed operations aggregate still on the declarations

Coverbird reads the declarations and form schedule on the PDF you already have. It does not sell insurance or say whether a limit is enough.
