What Coverbird is

Coverbird is a software service that helps you upload, organize, and understand insurance-related documents. Coverbird is not an insurance broker, agent, or carrier. We do not sell insurance, negotiate premiums, or provide insurance advice. Summaries are for informational purposes only—you should verify coverage with a licensed professional.

Your documents

You retain ownership of documents you upload. You grant Coverbird a limited license to process those documents solely to provide the service to you. You represent that you have the right to upload the materials you submit.

Document processing providers

To extract and explain text from your files, Coverbird uses third-party processors including OpenAI and LlamaCloud (LlamaIndex). Those providers process document content according to their respective terms and privacy policies. We configure integrations to minimize retention where supported and to use your data only to deliver Coverbird features.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload unlawful content or documents you are not authorized to share.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, or disrupt the service.
• Do not rely on Coverbird output as a substitute for professional insurance advice.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is." Coverbird does not warrant that summaries are complete, error-free, or current. Policy language controls in the event of a loss or dispute.
