Waiver of Our Right to Recover from Others Endorsement
Edition in catalog: 04 84 · endorsement
What this number is
WC 00 03 13 is the NCCI waiver of our right to recover from others endorsement on a workers compensation policy. It is the form contractors are asked for when a contract says “waiver of subrogation on workers comp.”
What it changes on a policy
It waives the workers compensation insurer’s right to recover from the organization named in the schedule (or, on some versions, from anyone you are required by written contract to waive against). Premium sometimes increases when this is added.
What it does not do
It does not add that organization as an additional insured on GL. It does not change who is an employee or which states are listed on the information page.
Where it shows up
Workers compensation information page and endorsement schedule. Certificates that check “waiver of subrogation” under WC are describing this endorsement, not creating it.
What to look for
- The named organization on the schedule
- Whether your state uses NCCI numbering or a state bureau equivalent
- That GL CG 24 04 is separate if the contract asked for both lines
Coverbird reads the declarations and form schedule on the PDF you already have. It does not sell insurance or say whether a limit is enough.
